3. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including stock issues or suspected misuse.
4. Pricing & Payment

Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations:
- Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.
- Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
